Super Mai Hydropower has called out its 9th annual general meeting (AGM) on October 13, 2023, at 11 am in Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting will approve the financial reports of the last fiscal year (FY) and a proposal of cancelling section 6 (E) of its article of association. The book will close on October 16 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
Shareholders are requested to attend the meeting in person or through proxy. The company will provide transportation to and from the AGM venue for shareholders who request it in advance.
